*Winning individual or organization must submit a minimum of two (2) referrals to be considered. Individuals or organizations submitting only one referral will be elligible for the referral fee payment but not for the contest winnings. Referrals will only be counted at the time they sign contracts with Shadowbend Studios. Only referrals for new website projects or redesign projects will be considered. Maintenance agreements, updates to existing sites etc will not be considered.
**Each month's winner will win a budget website solutions package as described on our Budget Website Solutions page. Winner may use the site for themselves or transfer the new site to someone else. The person or organization claiming the free website must agree to host the site through Shadowbend Studios.
